GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN (submitted by Colleen Lehman (Dave's recipe)
Marinade: Italian Dressing - 60% Jalapeño mustard - 40% Dollop of ranch dressing 2 drops of Worcestershire Sauce
After mixing together, keep back about ½ cup of the marinade for after pork is cooked. Marinade tenderloin for about 2 hours. Remove from marinade and grill tenderloin to 150 degrees. Remove from grill, place on aluminum foil, pour the ½ cup marinade on the pork, tent & seal the aluminum foil. Let rest for about 10 minutes. Place on cutting board and cut.
